2008 Black Knight Toronto Junior Elite Series #2

Six players from Ottawa Distrct participated in the National Junior Elite Series #2 High Performance tournament in Toronto this past week-end:

In the U16 category, Qufei Chen bought back 3 medals for all three events she had participated. She won gold medals for both Girls Singles and Mixed Doubles and bronze medal for girls doubles. Andrew D'Souza find the first year in the U16 is not easy. He fought a hard battle and lost in quarter finals with a very tight score of 19-21, 21-18, 21-19

In the U19 Men's Doubles Benjamin Fleury-Larocque and Maxime Tétreault settled for the silver medal after three games match 21-17, 19-21, 21-17.
