Team captains to do list:
1. Please notify all your teammates of your starting times. Forward this message to those with access to e-mail.
2. Please respond to me with the line-up of your players, i.e. MD1, MD2, LD1, LD2, XD1, XD2, XD3, XD4.
3. If you have not paid yet, please bring the cheque to the tournament.
4. When you arrive at the tournament, please pick up your package with the T-shirts and the playing folder with the score sheets.

5. Please ensure that players are ready to go on court while the current match is close to completion. No empty courts! Hopefully that way we will finish at a decent hour.

6. Should any of your players have to withdraw prior to the tournament, please let me know ASAP. There are several male and female players who are willing to play but not on a team.

PARTY TIME - Saturday at 7:30PM at the RA Fieldhouse

Awards will be given to winners and runner-ups.
Each team will receive a voucher for beer and pizza or wings.
Lots of door prizes!

Here are the rules for this tournament:

1. First round of play both Friday and Saturday will be 1 game to 21 points – setting of 3 points allowed at 20-20. All other matches will be 2 of 3 games to 15 points, set to 3 at 14 all

2. Team line-up to be submitted by the captain and to remain the same throughout the tournament.
3. Ties of 4 matches each will be by 1) Games Won   2) Points won    3) Coin Toss
4. The official Shuttle for the “A-B” rounds is the feather shuttle – if BOTH teams agree, plastic shuttles may be used
5. The official Shuttle for the “C-D” rounds is the Plastic shuttle - if BOTH teams agree, feather shuttles may be used
6. For medical reasons substitutions may be made if the “new” player is weaker than the injured player AND with the agreement of the event chairperson

7. Defaults – will be a 15-0 15-0 loss
9. Final ruling on all issues will be by the event chairperson
